1. About these terms
These terms apply to arafatbin.com and to every service or product ordered from Arafat Bin Wahahid. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.
2. Orders and quotes
A quote is valid for 7 days. An order is confirmed when both sides agree on the price, the delivery time and what will be delivered.
3. Payment
Payment terms are agreed for each order. Work may start after an advance payment.
4. Delivery and revisions
Delivery times start once all information and payment are received. Revisions are limited to what was agreed in the order.
5. Intellectual property
After full payment you receive the right to use the final files for the agreed purpose. I may show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
- Templates bought from the shop are for your own use and may not be resold.
- Content on this website may not be copied without permission.
6. Liability
I am not responsible for losses caused by how delivered files are used. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
7. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
