How much does a website for a non-profit cost?
A starter site starts from OMR 20, a site with online donations and volunteer sign-up from OMR 35 and a members portal from OMR 80.
Can people donate online on the website?
Yes, through a payment gateway such as PayPal or Thawani, a payment link, or bank transfer details. The money goes straight to the organization’s account; we never hold it.
Do we need permission to collect donations online?
In many GCC countries, including Oman, collecting donations from the public needs approval from the authorities. Please check the rules for your organization before we switch donations on.
Can volunteers sign up on the website?
Yes. The volunteer form sends each sign-up to your email or WhatsApp, and the members portal can also keep a list of volunteers.
Can we update news and events ourselves?
Yes. The built-in CMS lets your team add news, events, photos and reports without coding.
Is hosting free?
For the Starter and Donations plans, yes: the domain (first year), hosting and SSL are included. The members portal is a Laravel app and needs PHP hosting, usually OMR 2–5 a month.
