1. Services
If I cannot deliver the agreed work, you get a full refund. Once work has started, a partial refund may be given based on the work already done.
2. Digital products
Digital products such as templates cannot be returned after the files are sent. If a file is broken or not as described, I will fix it, replace it or refund you.
3. Fiverr orders
Orders placed on Fiverr follow Fiverr's own refund and cancellation rules.
4. How to ask for a refund
- Email contact@arafatbin.com or message me on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order details and the reason
- Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days, using the original payment method where possible
