How your Prime Video subscription is delivered and how to use it, step by step:
- 1. After you pay, you receive an invoice and an order tracking link (arafatbin.com/track/). When the payment is checked and confirmed, your Prime Video login details arrive by email.
- 2. Optional: make sure the device you will watch on has the official Amazon Prime Video app installed and up to date. The FAQ below shows where to download and how to update it.
- 3. Make sure your internet connection works and your VPN is turned off.
- 4. Open the Prime Video app and enter your login email. Choose to sign in with a one-time code (OTP) and ask us for the code in the live chat or through the contact page; we send it at once. On a smart TV that shows a primevideo.com/mytv code, send us the code and we activate the TV for you.
- 5. After signing in you see some locked personal profiles and one unlocked "Kids" profile. Open the Kids profile and check that everything plays well. Can I download Prime Video movies to watch offline?
Yes, in the Prime Video app on phones and tablets. Amazon sets the download limits: downloads usually expire 30 days after you download them or 48 hours after you start watching, and can be renewed when your device is online.
What is the refund and return policy for this product?
Test the account on the Kids profile first. If something does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund within a few days. After your personal profile is set up, we fix any problem during your subscription. See our refund policy page for details.
Can I test before final activation?
Yes. Sign in, open the Kids profile and check that everything plays. Your personal profile is set up only after you confirm it works.
Can I add my own picture to my Prime Video profile?
Prime Video does not allow uploading your own photo. You can choose any of the profile pictures Prime Video offers, and we can set your favourite one for you.
I forgot my Prime Video profile PIN or login email. What now?
