How your Netflix subscription is delivered and how to use it, step by step:
- 1. After you pay, you receive an invoice and an order tracking link (arafatbin.com/track/). When the payment is checked and confirmed, your Netflix login details arrive by email.
- 2. Optional: make sure the device you will watch on has the official Netflix app installed and up to date. The FAQ below shows where to download and how to update it.
- 3. Make sure your internet connection works and your VPN is turned off.
- 4. Open the Netflix app and enter your login email. Tap "Use a sign-in code" (login with email code) and ask us for the code in the live chat or through the contact page; we send it at once.
- 5. After signing in you see some locked personal profiles and one unlocked "Kids" profile. Open the Kids profile and check that everything plays well. If it does, tell us in the live chat or on the contact page your profile name (up to 6 letters) and a 4-digit PIN, and we set up your personal profile.
- 6. If something does not work on the Kids profile, contact us and we fix it. If it still cannot be fixed, ask for a refund and you get your money back within a few days.

Where do I find my Netflix ID and password?
You get the login email by email after your payment is confirmed. There is no password to remember: you sign in with a one-time code that we send you when you ask for it.
How do I download the official Netflix app on any device?
Get Netflix only from the official store of your device: App Store (iPhone, iPad), Google Play (Android), Microsoft Store (Windows) or the app store of your smart TV. Search for "Netflix" and install the app published by Netflix, Inc.
How do I update the Netflix app?
Open the same app store (App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store or your TV’s store), search for Netflix and tap Update. You can also turn on automatic updates in the store settings.

A Kids profile shows only content for children. On our accounts it is left unlocked so you can test that Netflix plays well on your device before we set up your personal profile.
What is the refund and return policy for this product?
Test the account on the Kids profile first. If something does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund within a few days. After your personal profile is set up, we fix any problem during your subscription. See our refund policy page for details.
Can I test before final activation?
Yes. Sign in, open the Kids profile and check that everything plays. Your personal profile is set up only after you confirm it works.
Can I add my own picture to my Netflix profile?
Netflix does not allow uploading your own photo. You can choose any of the profile icons Netflix offers, and we can set your favourite one for you.
I forgot my Netflix profile PIN or login email. What now?
Contact us in the live chat or on WhatsApp with your order ID. We send you the login email again and reset your profile PIN.
