How to use it
- Pick the country code (Gulf countries are first).
- Type your WhatsApp number; a starting 0 or + is removed for you.
- Type a message customers will send, such as “I’d like to order”.
- Copy the link, press Test, download the QR code or copy the website button.
Questions
Does the customer need to save my number?
No. The wa.me link opens a chat with your number straight away, on phones and on WhatsApp Web, with the message already typed. The customer only presses send.
How do I write my number?
Country code and number, without +, 00 or the starting 0: for Oman 968 and then your 8-digit number, for example 96892130528. The tool removes spaces, dashes, + and a starting 0 for you.
Can I use the QR code for restaurant tables?
Yes. Download it as PNG for printing on paper or SVG for sharp printing at any size, and add a line like “Scan to order on WhatsApp”. You can write the table number in the message, such as “Order for table 5”.
Does this work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. The same link works for normal and WhatsApp Business numbers.
Is my number saved anywhere?
No. The link and QR code are made in your browser. Nothing you type leaves your device.
